Mortgage Note Take Over.
I will take over your existing mortgage in place. The loan will stay in your name, I will make the payments and take possession of the property
Seller owes nothing to the bank. The seller will be the bank and we will negotiate price, payment and other terms.
I will take over payments at the bank and agree to pay a separate note to the seller for current agreed equity
We will persue a lender or for up to 80% of value or loan amount. Seller or Private Money Partner will be negotiated for the remaining costs and entry.
I will pay up to 65% of the current cash value in some situations.
